Highfield features great lake and mountain views and its own private car park. The beautiful rooms have en suite bathrooms and tea/coffee making facilities. Wonderful settings, located right in front of the lake promenade start, with a beautiful view towards the mountains and even the lake. Also very close to Keswick city center. The room was very comfortable, the lounge area was as well. Very good breakfast. I definitely recommend the Highfield.

A Ambleside Townhouse, de gerência familiar está localizada em Ambleside, a 800 metros do Lago Windermere. Super recomendo o Hotel. É muito bem localizado. Você poderá visitar toda a cidade e acessar as trilhas principais sem necessidade de uso de carro. O atendimento foi excelente. O quarto é amplo, ventilado, limpo e confortável. O café da manhã foi excelente. Tenho algumas alergias alimentares e a equipe não poupou esforços para que eu tivesse a melhor alimentação possível. Tem estacionamento o que é ótimo e não tão comum por lá. O chuveiro também é excelente, o que ajuda a relaxar após as longas caminhadas nas montanhas.

With a picturesque location in Ambleside, Ambleside Salutation Hotel & Spa World Hotel Distinctive, BW Premier Collection features a modern spa and a brasserie. We liked everything, but mostly the staff service. Each of the staff members seemed to make our stay comfortable and happy by anticipating our needs and solving any little problem we had. The morning breakfast was excellent. The Hotel is situated in a quiet but lovely center, and the entrance is easy (we had some thought when booking because the picture on the website showed many steps leading to the entrance, but when we arrived, we realized that the entrance is on the side and very convenient). Unfortunately, we didn't have time to spend in the spa but we checked it and it seems excellent.

This family-run Lake District accommodation has an indoor swimming pool, picturesque gardens and free parking. Free WiFi is available in the downstairs public areas and the bedrooms. This hotel is beautiful and nicely positioned overlooking Windermere. The lounge, terrasse and dining room are all well appointed and elegant. The meals are good and the breakfast was particularly delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful, taking time to assist with whatever you need to know. Our bedroom, although slightly smaller than I expected, was comfortable, clean and had a lovely view.
